It is important to remind, that GCBeVENT is the only free of charge app in Poland, that was implemented for the use of the great range of event planners and participants of business meetings. GCBeVENT works perfectly in the process of communication during conferences, congresses, business meetings, workshops (both national and international activity).
Participants using smartphones who download GCBeVENT app will be able to check event agenda, list of speakers, venue information, local details, etc. It can also vastly improve the process of communication between organizers and participants (sending group messages to participants, connection to social media profiles – Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin). This app is of course compatible with four most popular operating systems: iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone.
For now on, all necessary information about GCBeVENT are not only available at GCB official page, but also through this new page: http://gcbevent.com/en/ Convention bureau wanted to implement an additional tool, to aid those conferences organizers, who already are familiar with GCBeVENT, but are in lack of promotional site.
Gcbevent.com page and special administrative panel will serve as a tool in creation of event agenda, speakers and contact information. This content can be implemented with the use of special page template. In the next step – customized page can be easily connected to the main page of specific event (in case when the organizer is already in possession of the event page, but additionally wants to enclose information about the app). If not, the template can be used as the event official page.
To sum up, GCBeVENT remains free of charge and fully accessible for anyone interested in organizing meetings in Gdansk & Region. Event organizer will shortly receive from Gdansk Convention Bureau an access code to the administrative panel. After filling all the necessary information, app will be then shared with the rest of event participants. For any request, Gdansk Convention Bureau can help to create a specific event page on its own, using page templates from gcbevent.com.
