TBD-Italy, the largest event in Italy dedicated to worldwide bloggers, is back at TTG Incontri, the main international tourism fair in Italy
May 27, 2014– Travel Blogger Destination Italy is back at TTG Incontri, the main international tourism fair in Italy, for the second consecutive year. This event, which represents the most important and significant example in Italy of a meeting dedicated to national and international bloggers, will gather over 300 participants, engaged in three busy days of workshops, conferences, labs and targeted meetings with the national and international tourism offer.

Once again does TTG Incontri (Rimini, 9-11 October 2014), with over 51 thousand participants and more than 2,400 exhibitors reaffirm its leading role as market observer, ready to grasp the evolution of the sector and to create exchange opportunities which are instrumental to the new needs of the professionals.

Launched in 2013 to shape constructive relationships between tourism operators and the main experts in social media and storytelling, TBD-Italy this year is characterised by two important new features. The first is the birth of a Technical Committee, in charge of selecting the bloggers, organising the workshops and contributing to the management of web and social communication; the second is the widening of the event to new theme areas. Indeed, alongside the travel experts, the exhibition will also host bloggers who are expert in food, culture and fashion, three sectors which are now always more integrated into the travel product offer.

Already on the occasion of its first edition, TBD-Italy has registered a wide number of participants. The 2013 appointment was attended by 180 bloggers from 10 Countries and scored 5,313 tweets with several trending topics, over 10 thousand website views in one month, 800 pictures posted on Instagram, 5 special tours with the world’s most influential bloggers to promote the destinations.
