London City Selection (LCS) today announces that it will open membership to accommodation only hotels and serviced apartments in the City of London for the first time. The decision was taken in response to growing demand for additional delegate bedrooms to compliment the conference and events facilities on offer via the selection’s existing members.
Diane Waldron, LCS Chair, comments: “This new membership category is a welcome addition to the selection and serves to strengthen our offering to agents and corporate planners looking to host events in the City. Traditionally, membership of LCS required venues to offer an events space, but due to increasing demand from buyers we have created this new membership category to ensure that we are fulfilling all requirements within the selection.”
