Amari Renews Contract with Utell As Global Sales, Marketing and Distribution Provider

London, Singapore, Dallas, 15 December 2009: Amari has chosen to extend its 25 year long relationship with Utell to continue to be the provider of choice for global sales, marketing and distribution for six of its properties located across Thailand.

Amari’s renewed contract means they will benefit from Utell’s comprehensive suite of hospitality business generating solutions. This includes full representation on the GDS under Utell’s UI code, through Utell’s global call centre network and UtellAgent.com. In addition to Utell’s expertise in extensive global marketing, sales and distribution programmes, Amari also benefits from attracting valuable business through Utell’s strength of preferred partnerships and programmes in international TMC (Travel Management Companies), OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and global corporate markets. Supplementary services used by Amari include ‘Performance Tracker’ – Utell’s reporting tool that provides reservations business analysis and ‘Travelcom’ – Utell’s commission processing system that allows payment of agency fees in multiple currencies.
